Flow Foundations:

Flow Foundations is an amazing yoga class fit for beginners, or individuals who might want to slow down their pace. This class focuses on building a solid foundation for every student, so they can make the most out of yoga. Alignment and body positioning cues are consistently provided by the teacher throughout Flow Foundations. Additionally, instruction on breathing and poses is given. Sweat Level One

Flow Yoga Levels 1 & 2

Flow Yoga Levels 1 & 2 gives you creative flow that keeps moving, and will most likely make you feel the burn. This yoga class is slightly more challenging, but pushes yogis to continue to develop strength, flexibility and skill level and is sure to leave you feeling energized and de-stressed. Sweat Level Two

Deep Stretch Yin Yoga

In yin yoga class postures are done by going deep into a pose and coming to a to your edge. Your edge is a place where there is a manageable amount of sensation. This edge is not a place of pain or a place that feels too intense. Instead, it’s a place where you feel some pressure. This sensation indicates there is adequate and appropriate stress on the tissues. This can lead to greater circulation in the tissues and joints. The yin yoga poses are held longer than you might be used to in the more active yang classes. When first beginning a yin yoga practice it can seem like the practice is very slow and passive, but keep in mind that just because it is quiet and simple that does not make it easy. Holding the posture for 3-5 minutes allows the opportunity to explore sensation and the nature of the mind. In this way, you can develop greater states of presence while at the same time opening the physical body. Yin yoga helps to calm the nervous system, and develop your meditation practice during the long holds. Yin yoga is also believed to increase the circulation of Prana or Qi in the energetic system of the body. Sweat Level One

Flow Fitness

Flow Fitness is a fitness class that will focus on toning and sculpting. We will work primarily on our yoga mats and use tools like infinity bands, Thera Bands and small weights. If you're looking to get a little sweaty, than this is the class for you! Sweat Level Three

Restorative Yoga

A sequence of supported gentle yoga poses, breath work and meditation designed to help you manage the effects of stress, illness and/or injuries. Props like bolsters, blankets, pillows, towels and belts/straps are used to support the body in comfortable postures that provide a gentle, safe, low-load stretch. Our supportive environment facilitates focus on the breath and the body, thereby setting the stage for healing, relaxation and rejuvenation. Sweat Level One
