Hi! My name is Kim. I am a mom to 2 pretty cool kids and married to an amazing man. I LOVE to travel, being outdoors, and hiking.
I found yoga about six years ago when my youngest started preschool. I was instantly hooked and fell in love. I have been practicing yoga regularly since! I love the Vinyasa style of yoga because I like the flowing from one pose to another, moving with breath, and the reconnecting with the body and mind. I try to keep a fun approach to yoga and to keep everyone smiling as they challenge themselves. My intention for each student is to flow with their body, to have fun in movement, and to have gratitude for movement. I like to think that through our practice, we can learn from connecting inward to focus on what calls upon us, to face obstacles and overcome challenges. I’d love to practice along side with you and share some laughs.
