FLOW
A vinyasa style class that focuses on pairing breath with movement. Build a flow together and expect repetition of movement. This class allows space for students to takeaway or build in additional postures when they feel called to.
RESTORE
This heavily-propped practice features postures focused on resting, recovering and mindful breathing. Prepare to hold a small sequence of gentle poses for 10+ minutes at a time, in a restorative yoga style.
THERAPEUTIC
A gentle practice that focuses on strength and mobility, while reducing pain and fatigue. Expect a slow practice to focus on proper alignment, muscle engagement, and breathing. This therapeutic practice is suited for most people, but truly best for those with injury, chronic pain, depression/anxiety, or limited mobility.
TRAPEZE
Access deeper stretch, create challenge + play with your yoga practice. Using a silk hammock/rig, as a prop, you will work on traditional and non-traditional postures, both grounded and in the rig. Expect to invert and spin some in class.
FITNESS
A fast-paced fitness class that utilizes a variety of weights, resistance bands, and TRX to help you strengthen and tone your body. Expect to use different types of interval training using weights, bands, and body weight to work up a sweat. Training shoes and mats are recommended.
MAT PILATES
A dynamic fusion of core-strengthening exercises, flexibility-enhancing stretches, and mindful movement sequences. Using just tools like bands and Pilates rings, you'll sculpt and tone your body while focusing on proper alignment and breath control. Expect to challenge yourself with a variety of traditional Pilates exercises, as well as innovative variations that target every muscle group.

You’ve tried yoga, meditation and perhaps you’ve even tried breathwork, but have you ever heard of sound baths or sound healing? The sound bath experience offers more than just relaxation, it provides an immersive, full-body listening experience that can bring balance, relaxation, and a sense of calm to your whole being. By using rhythm and frequency we can entrain our brainwaves to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep state) where internal healing can occur.
Sound slows the heart and respiratory rate, it can also create a therapeutic and restorative effect on the mind and body leaving you more relaxed, less stressed and more connected to your creativity and ready to take on whatever the day may bring!

Do you just want ideas for workouts you can do at home or while traveling? If you answered YES to any of these then join us at the studio for a fun fitness workshop.
In this workshop we will discuss and practice a variety of fitness exercises to help you better understand the movement and alignment of each. We will practice exercises that utilize weights, fitness bands and even ones that require no equipment, just a desire to stay healthy and keep fit.
We put all of the exercises into action with a fitness workout so come prepared to learn and sweat! Please bring your mat, towel, plenty of water and fitness shoes.

Sound healing makes use of tones from instruments such as tuning forks, crystal bowls, gongs, Tibetan bells, drums and rattles, as well as the human voice. Sound healing is sometimes called Vibrational Healing, Sound Balancing, or Spirit Tuning.

How does it work?

Emotionally, we are easily inspired by tones and intervals to journey in our thoughts. Sound healing provides a meditative opportunity to release and find clarity.

What can I expect from a Sound Bath?
Arrive a few minutes early, as the sound bath will likely begin right on time. Entering into the meditation together enhances the experience. Be aware of the setting, you may need a yoga mat, or chairs may be provided. You will relax and receive the sounds for about one hour. During this time you may feel like you are sleeping or dreaming, and can expect to have a wide range of thoughtful experiences (meditation).
