Our Yoga Teachers
Silvia Kruse
Hello, lovely souls! I'm Silvia, a body positive yoga teacher, massage therapist, a bit of an entrepreneur, and above all, a proud mother to an incredible young man who pursues his dreams with unwavering passion. My heart swells with pride!
My journey into yoga unfolded after facing two separate shoulder injuries. Initially seeking healing for my body, I discovered that yoga worked its magic beyond physical recovery—it touched the depths of my being in profound ways.
Infatuated with the transformative power of yoga, I felt an innate desire to spread the love within my community in Tracy. Taking a leap of faith after completing my 200-hour yoga training, I opened the doors to Flow Yoga Studio, the first yoga haven in Tracy.
My life's passion is now dedicated to sharing the boundless joy and healing—both inside and out—that yoga has graciously gifted me. In all endeavors, my guiding mantra is simple yet profound: "Do everything with good intention." Join me on this beautiful journey, and let's infuse each moment with the sweetness of good intentions and shared joy.
Tanon Holcomb
Greetings, lovely souls! I'm Tanon, and my yoga journey took root back in 2014 when I embarked on my 200hr YTT in the serene landscapes of Washington state. Guided by the gentle hands of my mentor there, I began my teaching odyssey. The path led me to Yogafit after relocating to Tracy, where I found a home at Flow Yoga and Wellness Studio.
The studio's incredible teachers have been a blessing, nurturing my growth as a yogi and challenging me to new heights. Yet, my heart felt a gentle tug towards the profound philosophical realms of yoga. Since the summer of 2020, I've been on a transformative journey with Bhavani Maki from Yoga Kaua'i, delving deep into the wisdom of the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali as part of my ongoing 300hr YTT.
I find immense joy in the nuances of the physical practice, especially in bodies labeled as "not flexible" (a sentiment I completely understand). To me, our practice is a source of longevity for the spirit and mind, especially when approached with consistent dedication. Atha Yoganusanam—now, yoga begins. Our journey unfolds one step at a time, one day at a time, and I am thrilled to share this beautiful path with you all.
Kim Mah
Hey yogis! I'm Kim, a proud mom of two awesome kids and lucky enough to be married to an amazing man. My heart beats for travel, the great outdoors, and the sheer joy of hiking.
Around six years ago, when my youngest started preschool, I stumbled upon the magic of yoga. Instantly captivated, I fell head over heels in love, and my yoga journey has been a constant source of joy ever since. Vinyasa stole my heart—the graceful flow from one pose to another, synced with breath, and the beautiful union of body and mind.
I bring a lighthearted touch to my yoga approach, always aiming to keep smiles alive as we embrace challenges. My wish for each student is to dance with their bodies, revel in the joy of movement, and cultivate gratitude for every stretch and breath. In my classes, I believe in infusing fun and laughter, creating an atmosphere where we can all learn, face obstacles, and triumph together. Join me on the mat, let's flow, share some laughs, and celebrate the beauty of movement together!
Mellisa Bahn
Hi yogis! My name is Lyndel and if you’re reading this, yoga must resonate with you in some way and it’s time to get on the mat. My journey brought me to yoga 10 years ago when I was having pain and discomfort in my body after four pregnancies and a lack of attention to my mental and physical well-being. After practicing for some time, I realized that everything I was searching for was already inside of me. I claimed my personal power and that’s when the healing began. I started to feel comfort in my body and in alignment with my own personal truth. When the global pandemic drove us all indoors, I was drawn to yoga teacher training through Yoga and Ayurveda Center and earned my 200 hour RYT.
I believe we all posses the ability to heal. Through movement and awareness of the body, we can learn to release what isn’t serving us and create space for the transformation and abundance we all deserve in our lives.
Come and vibe with me on the mat!
Linda Fermin
Hello lovely yogis, I'm Linda. Yoga has sprinkled a beautiful awareness into my life, and my heart is set on guiding others to discover their unique journey to inner peace through this transformative practice. As a yoga instructor, my purpose is to offer unwavering support as individuals gracefully navigate the asanas (poses), merging breath and movement into a harmonious dance.
My personal yoga journey began in 2012, an enriching complement to my years in group exercise. Since my yoga training in April 2013, it has become my heartfelt mission to share the joys of yoga with as many souls as possible. With a nurturing and grounded approach, my aim is to help others find the serenity that yoga has gifted me.
While I've been teaching and leading group exercise since 1980, holding a certification for over twenty-five years from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), it's within the realm of yoga that my true passion lies. In my Vinyasa Flow classes, I infuse creativity and joy, incorporating elements of awareness, chakra balancing, and relaxation. Join me on the mat, and let's explore the beautiful journey to peace together.

When I'm not gracefully flowing on the yoga mat, you'll catch me indulging in my love for trapeze yoga, pouring my creativity into handmade crafts and sewing projects, exploring new destinations through travel, and getting lost in the enchantment of dance and music.

Candy Flores
Hey everyone my name is Candy. I’m a mother to three boys and married to my best friend for almost 15 years! I grew up in Sacramento, but have been living in Tracy since 2009.
I’ve played sports my whole life from soccer to softball to volleyball, so fitness and sports has been a part of me since I can remember. I work out to keep up with my three boys (they are so ENERGETIC), but it’s also a way for me to release stress and have some “me” time.
I started practicing yoga at Flow consistently in 2015 and haven’t stopped since. I never saw myself as a “yogi” but every flow on my mat has taught me different. Our lives are so busy, fast-paced, on the go now-a-days that yoga, for me, is a good way to slow down, reflect and enjoy the world we live in. I’m currently working on my 200-hr YTT and hope to incorporate what I’m learning into my fitness classes.
Besides yoga, I love any kind of workout that has loud music, makes me sweat and is FUN! I believe fitness and workouts should be enjoyable, engaging and leave people feeling energized, empowered and ready to take on life! I’m excited to share my passion for working out and staying fit with everyone!
Christianna Kohler
Hi yogis! Hello, lovely souls! I'm Christianna Kohler, and I have a sweet passion for nourishing both bodies and relationships. Proudly holding a 500hr yoga teacher certification and embracing the role of an embodiment coach, my classes are a harmonious blend of hatha, vinyasa, prenatal, and therapeutic yoga, along with sprinkles of pilates and dance. I believe in the incredible intelligence of the body, and my heart guides students to connect with prana (life force energy) and truly feel at home in their bodies.
My enchanting journey with yoga began in 2007, leading me to the sacred land of India where I learned Hatha from the very source. Later, in San Francisco, I shared the beauty of Vinyasa while continuing my studies with profoundly wise teachers. A hip injury, a result of intense power yoga, steered me into the therapeutic realms, allowing me to heal without surgery. This journey also introduced pilates to strengthen the glutes, offering crucial support to the body.
As a new mama, Prenatal yoga became a gentle dance, providing a fluid and soft balance to the rigidity of traditional yoga. Infusing elements of dance, rich with somatic wisdom, brings a sense of joy and playfulness to my classes. The eclectic soundtracks that accompany my sessions tell a story and inject a mood of bhava, creating a vibrant and immersive experience.
Corey Bishop
Hello there, beautiful yogis! I'm Corey, and I'm absolutely thrilled about continuing this wonderful yogi journey with you!
My venture into teaching fitness classes began in 2000, a journey that unfolded after welcoming our third child into the world. Fast forward to 2003, and I found myself not only managing group fitness at the local gym but also initiating CoreYourFitness Personal Training. Simultaneously, I embarked on a journey towards my Masters in Education. The opening of Tracy's first yoga studio, Flow Yoga was a beacon of excitement for me, leading me to start my journey of sharing my passion of teaching yoga in my own community of Tracy.
This ignited a passion for accumulating yoga certificates in Power Yoga, Pilates, Yogalates—you name it! Recently, I completed a 200-hr certificate through YogaAlliance for SEL and Yoga Trainings for Teacher Facilitation and Students. As someone deeply rooted in education, this certification brought immense joy, allowing me to extend the practice to teachers and students within our community. The new year holds the promise of embarking on the advanced 300-hr course, and I can't wait to share the knowledge with you.
My hope is to inspire and curate classes that provide meaningful insight, dedication, mindful breaths, and a profound awareness of our bodies. Together, let's weave music, mood, movement, and meditation into our flows—connecting from the core of our bodies, hearts, and minds. Get ready for a journey filled with joy, growth, and shared moments on the mat!
